RBL Week 4 - Series 14

2026 RBL Week 4 - Louisiana (4-5) @ Philadelphia (5-4)

Ryne Nelson was the highlight for the Mudskippers as they took two of three on the road against the Phillies.  Ryne pitched 7.3 shoutout innings while allowing six hits and striking out eight.  To be honest, all three starting pitchers (Ryne Nelson, Hunter Brown, and Nick Pivetta) were all on top of their games.  They combined for and earned run average of 1.21.  Over 21.1 innings, they allowed sixteen hits and struck out twenty wiht batters.

For the home team Phillies, they were led by Trea Turner.  He went 5-14 with a double, a homer, and a stolen base.  The starting pitching was also great (1.17 ERA, 27 k's), but just not good enough.
