2026 RBL Opening Day!!! - Maine at Philadelphia
The defending champion, Philadelphia Phillies, were able to hold serve in their home opener. They took two of three from the Maine Lobsters. Harrison Bader was named series MVP. He went 5 for 12, including three stolen bases. He also scored the winning run in extra innings in the home opener. Game two of the series was a pitchers duel. Michael Wacha and Cristopher Sanchez combined for thirteen scoreless innings while allowing only five hits and striking out eight.
Maine was led offensively by Austin Riley. He went 4 for 11, including two homeruns.
