Wemby proves why he is a superstar. Nevada regains home court advantage in winning Game Two
Victor Wembanyama dominated tonight, and made damn sure his team did not go down 2-0 at home. Wemby scored 46 points on 20 of 33 shooting. He also had 9 rebounds and ten assists, just missing a triple double. Nevada wins 129 to 114, and evens the series up at one game a piece. The other player in the Gamblers power duo, Jalen Williams, went for 29 points, 7 rebounds, and 9 assists. Guard, Dyson Daniels, had a more obscure double double. He had 11 rebounds and 13 assists…. To go along with 4 points. Nevada, as a whole, shot a whooping 7-9 from beyond the arc.
For the Longhorns, they were led by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. He scored 43 points, including 4 of 9 from three point range. He also tallied 10 rebounds. The series now goes to the Lone Star state where Texas hopes to recapture that Game One magic.
